Juneteenth Absolute Equality Shreveport, La

The Juneteenth commemorative “Absolute Equality” Mural is created by Ka’Davien Baylor.  Including "Across The Sea", a spoken word poem,by PoeticX, Caddo Parish Poet Laureate. The project is administered through a private/public partnership between Envision Media & Marketing and the Shreveport Regional Arts Council. The project is supported by grants from the Caddo Parish Commission, the City of Shreveport and a donation by The Office Hub.
